Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

  • Refund Process: Upon successful cancellation, refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

After Shipment:

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the product, please refer to our Returns Policy below.

Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products can be returned if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or do not match the description provided.

  • Time Frame: Initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact. Complimentary gifts or products that came along with the purchase must also be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out via email at support@khilorakart.com or call 8595069494, providing your order ID and reason for return. Include clear images or videos showcasing the product's condition, focusing on any damage or discrepancies.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a return authorization number along with instructions for the return process.

  3. Product Pickup: We will arrange for the product to be picked up within 4-7 business days after authorization.

  4. Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process a replacement or refund as per your preference and product availability.

Partial Returns:

If you've ordered multiple products, you can initiate a return for individual items. Ensure each product meets the return conditions specified above.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Order Cancellation: If the order is canceled before shipment.

  • Return of Products: Upon receiving returned products that meet our return criteria.

Refund Process:

  • For Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original account within 2-5 business days after processing. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Transactions: We will initiate a bank transfer to the account details provided by you. This process will be completed within 2-5 business days after receiving your bank details via email, with an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • Khilorakart Coupons: As an alternative, we offer refunds in the form of Khilorakart coupons, which can be used for future purchases.

Note: Discount vouchers used during the purchase are for one-time use and will not be reissued upon cancellation or return.
